With more than 10 years of diversified experience in Visual Design, Brand Identity development,
written communications, management and consulting, I have worked with Fortune 500
companies which include, Facebook APAC, Hindustan Unilever, Marico, as well as top creative agencies across India & Dubai. My core expertise lies in Creative Direction, Brand identity services,
leading, guiding, mentoring & motivating creative team of Designers for the last 5 years. Industries
I have worked with include: FMCG, Media, Hospitality, Real Estate, Malls & Luxury Retail Design
[POS and Kiosk], E-commerce etc.
With Happipress, I was instrumental in bringing a 125% increase in revenue for over 6 months in
2017-18, 2000 hours of R&D, in creating 1000+ SKU's and thereby gaining over 5000+ satisfied customers. With Facebook I led the She Means Business Campaign which got a reach of over 1.4
Million across 7 Countries and an E- Commerce Campaign which achieved a reach of 64 Million.
I have translated business goals into creative stories, incorporated innovative trends. The most recent role was that with Facebook/Meta wherein I managed a team of over 25 creative professionals plus external agencies and editors wherein I had to direct and supervise designs of all digital [UI UX landing page mock-ups and wire frames] collaterals as per clients brief. I was the brand custodian for all design collaterals where I had to brief, set creative processes and ensure they were on brand.
Having a customer - focused mindset and keeping abreast of new trends is extremely important and something that I dedicate my time to.
In addition to my design capabilities, I firmly believe I can add value with my creative problem solving skills that I've developed over a period of time allowing me to effectively manage senior stakeholders and contribute positively towards overall brand, design and business strategy to achieve business goals and objectives. I have been instrumental in inspiring the creative and marketing teams in creating innovative digital campaigns and products and in building strong team goals when it comes to tight deadlines thereby ensuring optimum efficiency, productivity of creative designs and artworks. My role also included client facing experience which involved dynamic presentation design skills.
