• we will monitor the jobs in the Control – M, we will take care of failed jobs.
• We will restart the jobs as per SOP and resolve the errors by finding out the errors.
• Worked on Testing the Screens, and written test cases and prepared the test documentation.
• Worked with change and configuration, to provide access to EMEA, LAC, and JAPA regions.
• I have unloaded the data from production and loaded the data to test regions.
• If a job fails due to lack of GDG bases and SEED files, i have created them and rested the job and make sure the job is successful.
• I have worked on abended errors mainly –904, -204, and bind errors.
• We will monitor consoles and if there are any errors, we will solve them as per SOP.
• I used to restart the jobs in Both ZEKE and Control – M.
• We used to run the dummy jobs by scheduling through control – M as per requirement.
• We used to monitor Spectrum and if there is any critical alert, we will mail and inform the concern team.
