· Make annual and quarterly sales forecasts for the year. By estimating the sales total and operating profits and expenses, the service and sales department sales managers are able to consider their competitors, trends in the industry as well as economic indicators.
· Talk about estimates with my Sales Team. Before deciding on the target for a certain period general sales managers have meetings with the other managers to make sure that the targets are achievable and relevant.
· Monitor, coach and mentor team members to ensure high levels of competence in the team.
· The real estate market in Hyderabad is expected to see significant growth in 2024 and 2025, with opportunities for investors, developers, and homebuyers. Some factors that may contribute to this growth include:
· Upcoming projects like the Hyderabad Metro's Phase II expansion, the Musi River Expressway, and the conversion of junctions to signal-free zones will improve connectivity and traffic conditions.
