• Sheet metal stamped ( inner plate & outer plates for chains) by using highly sophisticated imported press AIDA (Japan) 125 tons ( 100~ 800) MINSTER (US) 200 tons (100~400) by using progressive tools (HSS and Progressive tools).
• Operation use for chains plate naming punching and blanking.

• Using highly imported Press (YADON - 125 tons to 550 tons).

• work in TVS Apache stator core pack (6676) Project.
• Have face internal manufacturing audits.
• To implement KIAZEN concept and moniter quality standard in shopfloor.
• Maintaining monthly production , rejection/rework , targets & action plan to improve positively.
• Daily JH checksheet , POKAYOKE Sheet updation & corrective action if any abnormality found.
