• Project 1: Upgrade DB – Rollback Strategy (Jan 2024 - May 2024): Contributed to the implementation of a rollback mechanism to safely revert from PostgreSQL to Oracle in the event of failure during a database upgrade warranty window. The solution, built in TIBCO BW6, involved creating database triggers with DBLinks to capture delta changes into publishing tables within a PostgreSQL shadow database. Developed BW6 flows using ADB adapters to retrieve and replay operations in Oracle while preserving data consistency. Worked on sequencing event tables, optimizing PostgreSQL DBLink access, and supporting both independent and relational data structures. Enabled a robust rollback strategy for production-critical environments.
• Project 2: HUB6 DROP2 & SuperSpot Integration (May 2024 - Oct 2024): Worked on the implementation of HUB6 device rollout to replace the legacy HUB4 across all broadband sales and swap flows in Sky's ecosystem. The project ensured that HUB6 became the default device offered with Sky WiFi across technologies (BB, Glass, Stream, TV, ProvaSky). Additionally, integrated support for the new SuperSpot WiFi extender, made available across all sales channels and product bundles. While the SuperSpot was introduced as a new physical device, it continued leveraging the existing catalog entry for WiFi Spot within the IT system, while maintaining backend continuity. Also accounted for the creation of a new catalog product for the Ultra Wifi service. The end-to-end integration was implemented using TIBCO BW5, including updates to provisioning flows, device mapping, and catalog logic.
• Project 3: HUB6 DROP3 – Device Eligibility Service (Oct 2024 - Dec 2024): Developed a centralized TIBCO BW5 based service to automate the selection of HUB4 or HUB6 devices for Sky broadband customers based on input from the Arcadia CRM system. The service returned device eligibility details such as commercial type and priority, tailored to the customer's technology. These details were used to drive frontend logic in the sales funnel and were transmitted to CRM during order submission. The solution supported both Sales and Swap flows, enabling consistent, rules-driven device provisioning across all customer journeys.
• Project 4: SET PIN – Glass & Stream (Jan 2025 - Mar 2025): Worked on the integration of PIN generation and device registration flows for LLAMA (Glass & Stream) products during new contract activation. The solution involved orchestrating sequential calls to SCMS for generating a secure PIN and subsequently registering the device in TIBCO BW5. This flow ensured that both operations were executed in order, maintaining data integrity and enabling smooth device onboarding. The service supported only new contract journeys and was integrated across backend provisioning and CRM systems.
• Project 5: FAST FOLLOW – Stream DROP1 (Mar 2025 - Jun 2025): Developed and integrated Multiscreen service capabilities during the Sky Stream migration from the existing TV productline, as well as for new Sky Stream customers. Designed and implemented end-to-end provisioning flows in TIBCO BW5, enabling customers to request up to four Stream devices during subscription and up to six during in-life phases. Built components for device provisioning, activation cost calculation, and contract-compatibility logic aligned with Sky Glass frameworks. Collaborated with CRM and backend teams to ensure a seamless and fully integrated customer journey.
• Project 6: BW Improvements – Security & Code Quality Enhancements (Apr 2025 - Oct 2025): Modernized legacy TIBCO BW5 applications by replacing plaintext passwords with encrypted fields to strengthen security across integration assets. Developed and introduced a SonarQube-based code quality validation framework for TIBCO BW6 and BW5, implementing the solution end-to-end. Designed and integrated custom XPath rules into the Sonar BW plugin to enforce naming conventions, folder structure compliance, and REST standards.

The solution was built on Microsoft Azure and integrated with various on-premises systems. Worked on developing enterprise services in TIBCO BW6 to expose and consume critical business data such as product, price, inventory, and location.
