I have oversee the operations and maintenance activities for a 488MW solar portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and safety. I develop and implement comprehensive O&M strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance asset performance, maximize energy production, and minimize downtime. Additionally, I am responsible for developing yearly/monthly budgets, including capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX), with a focus on cost optimization utilizing the latest technologies available.

I possess strong technical knowledge in the solar energy domain and have proficiency in data analytics, MS Office, SAP, and EHS management.I have resolved the so many Row issues in solar sites.
Prepare the inventory management site wise and planning to arrange the spare materials in minimised time period. Timely arrange the calibration for abt meter and other tools tackles.
