- Administer and manage Sophos EPP/XDR across three sub-estates (tenants), overseeing end-to-end policy configuration, threat detection, and security posture optimization
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 and Azure tenants, including identity and access management, MFA enforcement, and security policy configuration
- Manage email security using Mimecast for enterprise email protection
- Support endpoint protection with Sophos EPS XDR for threat detection and response
- Assist in security monitoring and incident response activities
- Coordinate and manage external SOC providers, acting as the first escalation point for security incidents
- Execute cyber security projects in coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors
