To give you a brief overview of my skillset - I have Over 11+ Years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a strong expertise in managing various technologies and services, particularly within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Office 365/MS Exchange, MS Teams, Sharepoint Online & Onedrive. My career spans multiple roles and domains, where I have demonstrated the ability to manage and support complex IT infrastructure projects concurrently. Additionally, I have hands-on experience managing Backup solutions, specifically Cohesity, and Veritas Backup Exec.
I have completed my Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science (2012), JLPT N4. On technical side, I have covered AIX, CCNA in the past and currently finished MS-500.
