- Handling compliances like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Custom, CHA, Import documents & payments.
- Controlling on overhead expenses, Import purchases with PO, Production planning with Production GM, Dispatch planning with Kamdhenu, proper stock of major raw material & matched with production team on monthly basis.
- Inventory control report submit to management on monthly basis.
- New vendor development for stores & other raw material. Settlement of commission or discount on purchases.
- Preparation of Profit & Loss statement on monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annually basis.
- Preparation of Monthly stock statement for Bank Drawing Power. Handling all Bank Audit.
- Coordinate with government departments like GST, DIC, Pollution, AGT, Labour Deptt. & Electricity.
- Control on all GRN entries with gate & store. Control on RGP & NRGP with proper stock reports.
- Controlling on incoming & outgoing of vehicles with proper data.
- Full ERP Implementation and assure all entries done properly, Full Control on Indent, PO, Gate Entry, GRN, Quality Control parameters, Final Entry.
- Preparation of income tax cases and GST cases.
- Preparation of assets register and preparation of Subsidy reports as per government requirement.
- Approved all PO's of consumable stores purchases, raw material purchases & fixed assets purchases.
- Dealing with Banks & NBFC's for fund arrangement. Increasing the CC limits as per requirement and prepared all details as per bank requirement. Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating loan terms, and securing project financing for large scale projects.
- Follow up with parties for raw material discount, GST return on time, quarterly account statement.
