ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Planning, Scheduling, Budgeting and coordinating all aspects of the construction, interior & otherservice activities.
• Managing and coordinating with all construction, MEP and related activities in terms of cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Completing the Projects within the Budget Cost.
• Prepare a comparative analysis of shortlisted vendor & Suppliers.
• Should make Site visits to ensure smooth functioning of the Project as per schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

• Executing Construction work as per Architectural drawing.
• Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction, interior & other service activities.
• Preparing project reports, schedules, bar charts & estimation.
• Arranging man power, equipment and finalizing vendors.
• Coordinating with all involved agencies- Architects, structural consultants, vendors, contractors, subcontractors, Localities.
• Draw out quality, safety and good works from vendors and contractors.
• Reporting regularly on progress to the management.
• Overseeing all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with buildings and safety regulations.
