9 years of experience) Machine Maintenance and Utility with expertise in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, auto machining, assembly, heat treatment, and utility department operations. Experienced in gearbox manufacturing and knowledgeable in turbo compressors and screw compressors. I possess basic knowledge of Mitsubishi PLC and am skilled in Festo pneumatic systems and Yuken hydraulic systems.
I have a foundational understanding of SAP and am familiar with WTP, ETP, RO, and cryogenic plants, non-IBR boilers, and high-pressure compressors (50 bar) and cross-flow cooling towers. Additionally, I have knowledge of treatment processes, continuous carbonizing furnaces, Sinto shot blasting, and shot peening machines and hydrogen electrolysis plants, Fire fighting systems, and pump houses. I am also knowledgeable I can handle all department-based document sections, maintain critical spares, and prepare monthly and yearly budgets, as well as plan the AMC for utility equipment.
