I am an MBA (Human Resource Management and Data Analysis) student with hands-on internship experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

During my HR internship at Mythri Industry, I supported end-to-end recruitment activities, employee record management, HR training implementation, and internal coordination.
