Process Control responsibilities including daily receipt and line rejection analysis, countermeasure monitoring, quality problem solving, and process compliance.

• Daily receipt and line rejection analysis and take a proper countermeasure and monitoring of Countermeasure. To solve quality related problems & submit the countermeasure to the Customer end to ensure that measure gets implemented at all stages.
• Daily checks all process of Wire Harness, Power Cord, wire and cables.
• A good Knowledge of wire Harness Process as a-crimping, mouldings Process & etc.
• Control process as per WI and sops.
• Coordinator of daily red bin meeting.
• Prepare the document as per 4m Change.
• Prepare the scrap note for Rejection in house & Supplier.
• Responsible to giving the FPA/LPA approval whenever the changes happen in shop floor.
• Daily checks all process of wire cutting.
