My Responsibilities are as follows:

• Achieving business volume as per budget by proper planning and close monitoring of Maintenance within scheduled time and through cost effective reliable solutions.
• Monitoring Power consumption of Kiln and Coal mill section and drive improvement projects for energy conservation.
• 100% Reliability by proper planning and close monitoring of Maintenance within scheduled time, Root Cause Analysis of all breakdown & its proper corrective action, close monitoring and maintaining of condition of equipment.
• Completion of sanctioned CAPEX Jobs through proper planning & tracking of steps taken and completion of capex within scheduled time.
• Responsible for all automation and control related erection and commissioning activity of the plant with timely completion of jobs within budget and quality as per Management Target.

• Manager E&I In Ultratech Cement Limited. I'm working as a Section Head Kiln, Coal Mill and Coal Crusher in Sidhi Cement Works. It is a modernized cement plant having two units of capacity 4500 TPD & 5000 TPD and working since 2017.
• Plant Engineer Instrumentation in Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. Sidhi cement plant is a modernized cement plant having two units of capacity 4500 TPD & 5000 TPD. I'm working from Erection, Commissioning & Operation of the plant during 2006 to 2017. 
• Worked in Meghalaya Cement Ltd in Instrumentation department. It is a modernized DCS based Cement plant of capacity 1800 TPD. Working from Erection, Commissioning & Operation of the plant during 2005 to 2006. 
• Worked under M/s United Electrical Construction, Sindri in Electrical & Instrumentation department in A.C.C. CHANDA Cement Works during 2002 to 2006. 
• Worked in A.C.C. CHANDA Cement Works as a trainee in E&I department, Chandrapur (Maharastra) which is fully modernized DCS based Cement Plant capacity 2.2 MTPA having its own power plant of 15 MW capacity during 2001 to 2002.

• Associate Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering form Council of Engineering and Technology with 78.5% Marks in Year 2017.
• Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation from S.M. Engineering Institute with 77.6% of marks in the year 2001.
• All India Secondary School Examination (10th) from CBSE Board with 2nd division of marks in year 1996.
