• Handling end-to-end GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processing for transit material received at the plant
• Processing multiple GRN types, including: Dummy Material GRN, Import Material GRN, FOC (Free of Cost) GRN
• Ensuring 100% accuracy in GRN posting and system transactions
• Verifying inbound documents and maintaining proper documentation order for audit and compliance
• Managing shifts and allocating weekly shift schedules to employees to ensure smooth inbound operations
• Actively involved in Invoice Digitalization Project for automation of GRN creation
• Implemented QR code–based invoice scanning, reducing manual effort and improving GRN processing efficiency
