• Lead the development and production of BOQs, proposals, and presentations in concert with the business development team to produce client-focused documents and presentations that meet RFQ requirements and are consistent with sales strategy.
• Monitor target segment and keep abreast of market activity to identify potential tender opportunities (domestic & international).
• Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from marketing, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
• Prepare and review the commercial aspects of the bid, ensure all services are included in the final price to the customer.
• Work on the costing of RFQs (Request for Quotation) both domestic and international projects.
• Communicate effectively and precisely at all times to all appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and track bid progress, highlighting any potential issues.
