Centre Director To be aware of the academic progress and emotional and physical well-being of each student with the teachers To send regular feedback at the end of a theme to the Central Office. Plan/Organize /Coordinate all the events such as Parent Orientation, PTM, Field Trips, Sports Day, Annual Concert, celebration days as per the guidelines.
Educate, encourage & promote optimum usage of the available material.
Create a syllabus for the academic year for the children that have learning and fun activities to keep the children engaged.
Coach the centre heads for individual development & quality of centre leadership. Accountable for staff efficiency at centre level & overall retention rate of the cluster
(Pre school - Lower Primary)
Head responsibility for progress of class of primary age students. Organize classroom as well as learning resources to develop positive learning atmosphere.
Plan, prepare and present lessons catering to needs of entire ability range within classes.
Motivate teachers with enthusiasm and imaginative presentation. Prepare and facilitate teachers for positive student development.
To have expert knowledge of the subject area. To have knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for creative teaching and learning. To ensure all programmed activity is carried out with due regard to health and safety and the safeguarding of children and young people. To take overall responsibility for project management, delegating extensively across the school community and ensuring roles and responsibilities are understood clearly by all.
