My name is shoaib siddiqui and I pursued hotel management studies from Anjuman College of hotel management Mumbai. I had complete internship from The Orchid hotel ville parle Mumbai where I worked in front office department. Familiar to Ids and bhoomi property management systems. I have good professional communication skill as it require in front office department such as telephone etiquette.

Such as taking care of reception reservations and final settlement of guest bill.
