• Responsible for Operation and monitoring of HVAC equipment's through BMS & EMS system (Sauter SCADA) and handling day-to-day operation of Cold room SCADA, Chiller plant manager (CPM), LAF through BMS system.
• Responsible for Performing the AHU/MAU/EU Maintenance as per planned schedule and updating the PM checklist, update the History card and update the done/due date of equipment's without fail.
• Responsible for Manage daily system alarms, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Responsible for Coordinating with users and maintenance team during Preventive Maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Coordinating with External vendor during HVAC equipment qualification, validation and calibration activities.
• Responsible for Supporting regulatory audits by ensuring system compliance.
• Responsible for Minimizing the excursions daily basis of environmental parameters in clean room areas.
• Responsible for maintaining Clean Room Environmental parameters like Temperature, Relative Humidity, Differential Pressure and Room pressure on daily basis.
• Responsible for daily Updating QMS Activities like EMS Intimation, AHU On/Off logs, Daily EMS alarm Logs, Impact assessments, Breakdown procedure etc.
• Responsible for reviewing and signing the EMS Daily alarm reports and daily trend reports and monthly submitting the reports to QA dept.
• Responsible for Review the BMS/EMS All alarm reports, AHU data Log reports on daily basis.
• Responsible for preparation of HVAC equipment's PM planner, PM clearance form and maintaining the logbooks.
• To complete the job considering all safety aspects.
