- Prepare competitive ocean freight and multimodal quotations for import and export shipments.
- Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, transport providers, and overseas agents.
- Maintain and update buying rates, selling rates, tariff sheets, and pricing databases.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and overseas offices to provide timely quotations.
- Analyse market trends, carrier pricing, and competitor rates to maximize profitability.
