While Gateway gave me exposure to global and corporate hiring across Europe, my experience at Tooltech, SNDK, and Devrepublic focused on technical and engineering recruitment, where I built and scaled high-performing teams across diverse domains.

At Devrepublic, I single-handedly managed end-to-end HR operations, growing the team from 17 to over 70 employees with strong retention. At Tooltech, I’ve been responsible for hiring specialized engineering talent, managing stakeholder communication, and improving recruitment turnaround. Across all roles, I’ve combined strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver business-aligned people solutions.
