• Responsible of processing the domestic stock dividends and international cash dividend events—including cash dividends, reinvestments, capital distributions, and optional dividends—ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing across all markets.
• Retrieve and validate data from internal payment portals (Record Date, Ex-Date, Pay Date, and Rates) before initiating payments.
• Responsible of Checking MT564 notifications and MT566 confirmations on regular basis to check for international payments.
• Reconcile daily cash and stock ledger breaks, identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Posting the manual Gjow's (Payments) for the back dated and other events which are not captured by system.
• Creating the Optional Dividend events in system on Record date and keep a track of it on cutoffs dates in order to check which option Client has chosen. (Cash/Stock or both)
• Monitoring the events and Processing the International Optional Dividend payments. and submitting the MT569 instructions when client has chosen both Stock and Cash options in Optional Dividend and inform branch for confirmation.
• Liaising with agent/sub custodian to fetch the balances and information's like Rates, Entitlements, cash proceeds, key dates/Event confirmation, Positions and balances etc., to resolve the discrepancies.
• Review, research, and resolve tickets sent by clients through Service work cases
• Accountable for the team by taking responsibility during the high volume seasons, by planning leaves properly and flexible to work in any shift when team required etc.
