I hold a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from Bangalore University. I have worked extensively on product documentation (SDLC, SAAS-based product and process documentation) for more than 40 companies like Wipro Technologies, Ericsson India Global Services, Kore AI technologies, WIDAS Concepts (Germany), Gigsky Inc. (USA), TaskMonk AI, Solytics Partners, Pepperfry, and more both in India and overseas.
I specialize in documenting the following:
Design Documentation (high-level and detailed)
Post-release implementation and Support Doc
Testing and Functional Flows Documentation
I have experience in DITA XML, WordPress, SNAGIT, visual studio code, GitLab and GitHub, Swagger, Postman collections, Stoplight Studio, Confluence, JIRA, WordPress, and MS OFFICE tools for documentation.
I'm currently available to join as a part-time consultant (remote) for 4-5 hours per day (100 hours per month.
