• Site execution
• Ensuring work is executed in accordance with contract specification design, agreed procedures and method statements
• Ensuring that safety rules and regulation are thoroughly enforced
• Estimating material from drawing & BOQ
• Prepare schedules for MAS & submission, shop drawings, Calculations
• Manpower control & monitor
• Method statement preparation for each site activity and submission
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Documentation works
• Raise technical queries related site issues to consultant / client
• HVAC material procurement via SAP
• Coordinate with the Material suppliers and equipment's suppliers to get the item in time
• Verify all the HVAC installation parts and Conduct a consultant / client inspection after completion of work
• Supervising, Site/Routine visit and conduct site meetings discussing related execution issues
• Coordinate with other department like civil, electrical & plumbing services
• Testing & Commissioning all the HVAC system
• Coordinate with Equipment's suppliers for testing and commissioning related works
• HVAC operation & Maintenance manual preparation and submission
• Asset register preparation
• As built preparation and submission
• Periodic checks of FAHU, AHU, FCU, Hi-wall units, Extract Fans Pre-filter and Bag filter
• Resolving the issues like Motor Winding Problem, Thermostat and Actuator Repair Works, cooling issues
• Ability to detect Mechanical faults in Equipment's such as Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units VRF units
• Ability to clear the issues related to Air Conditioning from Tennant Apartments and residential villas
