• Ensure proper identification, tagging, and traceability of materials, products, and processes within the production area.
• Carry out machine/process setting, process cycle-time studies, and operator training to achieve standard production requirements.
• Manage automotive OEM shop-floor requirements, including quality requirements, customer audits, quality/environmental/safety requirements, and people management.
• Handle operational and quality issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, rejection management, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to achieve production targets and organizational goals.
• Implement and maintain 5S, housekeeping, safety, and continuous improvement practices within the production area.
• Maintain and improve documents and records in accordance with applicable IATF 16949, ISO 14001, safety standards, and customer requirements.
