Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of SMPS, PIU/PMU, DG, AC, Battery Bank, LT/HT Transformer and all alarms & electrical wirings, Earthing, Preventive maintanance, security system, and other active and passive infra work.
- Co-ordination with Infra providers for ensuring no power issue (maintain infra uptime 99.99% as per MSA/KPI's) at cluster sites.
- Responsible for O&M and project activity in the cluster and maintain the all O&M activity (Uptime, Energy cost, Fuel and stake holder management, vendor management, owner issue) in clusters and Project KPI as per MSA /SLA.
- Fault reduction& management, Site management fromtechnical perspective, Energy management, owner issues clearance, Data management, Site cleans (Hygiene of site) etc.
- Working of enough tools, measuring instruments and equipments to carry out O&M activities effectively.
- Furnishing and compiling of daily and monthly energy consumption report and send to corporate and co-ordinate of technician for proper PM and faster resolution of passive infra issues.
- Carrying out the Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PM) schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all infra Equipments as per standard process & AMC.
- Planning & Cost control and ensure that the operation is running on schedule and within the budget.
- Responsible for monitoring (time to time) and preparing data for Infra provider (IP) Tenancy, Power & Fuel (P&F) Tenancy of all sharing sites and share to corporate office in every month.
- Co-ordination with Vendor and Network team for proper implementation of work (i.e. RF Work, BTS installation and Di-installation, Alarm termination, owner issue etc)
- Network maintenance team for OFC network maintance and fault rectification.
- Project management of OFC projects.
- Overall OFC maintance.
