Worked in documentation process in shipping line as a freight forwarder. Edison tool and LIMA tool is used in monitoring the shipping process for both clients and freight forwarder. Auditing the process to prevent the quality loss.

• I have the responsibility of making sure that the freight gets out on time and that all the outs are filled before a certain time.
• Plan or improvement to internal or external logistics systems or processes.
• Send daily MIS to client on update of order pickup and delivery status.
• Coordinate with Dispatch and Ware House Team to ensure proper segregation and connection on correct routers.
• Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electronic freight information systems, to improve efficiency, speed or quality of transportation services.

• Place booking in IATA for air shipment, will place booking in carrier website for ocean shipment
• Preparation of draft as per instructions (Bill of Lading) & Amendment in draft wherever necessary
• Customs procedures (AES Filling/INT# Generation) Air/FCL/LCL - Exports
• SI filing through EDI within the cut-off time.
• Keep track of shipments, invoices and prepare reports to expedite the billing process
• Preparation and of Pre-Alert Documents to the import's agents
