Random audit in Entire Manufacturing Process flow right from incoming raw material to finished product.

• Approving the Incoming Materials and testing incoming raw materials to meet the properties requirement
• Introducing raw materials from new source for consumption in form of sampling and approving the new source if it meets requirements
• Internal auditing the system and procedures followed according to work instructions, new product development, inspection standards, documentation of trials, projects
• Non-Conformities tracking and holding the materials not meeting the specifications and making interim action plan to reduce the occurrence of Non-Conforming material
• Preparation of Checklist based on the Control Plan and arriving the frequency of checks from Audit Parameter Frequency (APF)
• Validation of Equipment calibration, Industrialisation for New machines while Commissioning based on the requirement given from Corporate and plant specification
• Implementing and Validating Interlock – POKA YOKE (Fool Proof System) periodically for machineries to avoid Quality Accidents
• SCADA Report generation from Machines and SCADA Upgrading w.r.to interlocks, alarm acknowledgement
• Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA) done for the Machineries and final product in order to avoid field failures and updating periodically
• CAPA – Cause Analysis and Preventive Actions taken for Quality Accidents occurred by Man/Machine in the process flow
• 5 Why Analysis done in which each question lead to the next happened
• Attending Customer complaints at OEM end w.r.to branding and product related issues, Conducting Minutes of Meeting and re-inspection
• Interim Counter Measure provided on receipt of Complaint and permanent Counter Measure given after the analysis of the NG Product in the form of 8D report, 5 why analysis and the format given by OEMs
