• Monitoring execution work and progress of runway extension (553 m), New Terminal T2 Apron (121000 sqm), South Apron (55,000 sqm), Isolation Bay (10,200 sqm), Alpha Taxiway (2,120 m), Bravo Taxiway (1,940 m), and all associated utility works.
• Monitoring execution of Runway extension, New Terminal Apron, Taxiways, Isolation bay, and utility works.
• Verifying contractor RA bills against BOQ and approved GFC drawings.
• Verified and monitored base prices specified in service orders and administered price adjustment/escalation calculations for major construction materials (Reinforcement, Cement, PMB, VG-40, RS-1, SS-1) in accordance with contract provisions.
