Hello, I am Sujata Maurya, Completed my Master's in Biotechnology and submitted Ph.D. in Male infertility from UPES University, Dehradun, India. Also Qualified GATE 2021.
I am looking for a good opportunity to upgrade my knowledge and uplift my carrier as an embryologist.
I am well versed with ANDROLOGY:-
EMBRYOLOGY AND ART:-
CRYOPRESERVATION:-
I have submitted the Ph.D. on topic “ Metabolic Alterations in Infertile Male Sperms” in UPES University Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Ph.D. research work basically deals with finding the reason behind low motility of sperm in humans. In this work I have collected two type of semen samples, First type of samples are having motility more that 80% (normozoospermia) and second are those samples whose motility is less than 39% and rapid progressive is less than 12% (asthenozoospermia) according to WHO 2021 criteria.
Extracted mRNA from these types of sample and then Relative mRNA expression levels of metabolic genes involved in dysregulated sperm motility samples and in Control samples were assessed by qPCR. After this In-sillico approch was used for finding suitable drug which will be use for increasing the motility of Sperm using Molecular Dynamic Simulation in Schrödinger.
Below mention are few papers which I published during my Ph.D. tenure :-

Intelligence based approach. Journal of Integrated Science and Technology, 11(4), 569. Impact Factor :- Two point five three
