Worked on a contract basis as Pre-Vetting Inspector cum Technical Superintendent for improving their quality system. Conducted regular pre-vetting inspections, hull & machinery inspections, and management system audit on their owned and sub-contracted vessels at the Abu Dhabi base and Ruwais base.
Organized training programs for attending Superintendents, Masters, and Chief Engineers.

During the leave period involved with surveys and audits under OMCS class and visiting faculty at HIMT – Chennai.
Third-party inspections as required. on-hire/off-hire inspections.
Conducted accident investigation survey on marine equipment.
Quality standards are maintained by conducting periodic inspections and audits.
Day-to-day activity monitoring of fleet operations and their safety & seaworthiness.
