My expertise includes rapid server provisioning, Linux and PowerShell scripting, and the use of monitoring tools such as Nagios XI, PRTG, NNMi, and Tivoli. I also have experience with backup solutions like NetApp, Veritas, and MSP360.
Additionally, I have a strong foundation in routers, Windows Server, and Python with Django. I’m committed to continuous learning and delivering reliable technical support in high-demand IT environments.
