I did completed my studies on 2011 and relocated Chennai to start my career. Having 4 years of Experience in telecom domain & 7 years in network domain. Responsibility to Monitoring around 600 Network devices through Zabbix & NMS tools, Including Core routers, Core switches, GPON OLTs. ZTE & GX products.
Outages or Hardware failure, Make the possible configuration changes to resolve the issue & check the RCA & Collect the required logs, Co-ordinate with product OEM vendor. Escalate with concern team & stack holders as per escalation matrix. Arrange the replacement to the POP or Datacenter devices & Test the faulty device with test lab. Prepare the daily, weekly & monthly traffic utilization reports. Maintain the Spare device stock details & RMA's.
Monitoring the network devices environment status, port status, CPU status & protocols.
Escalate with concern team & stack holders.
Make the required possible configuration changes to avoid the outages within the scope.
Hardware replacement & Spare maintenance, RMA follow up with OEM.
Network implementation support & Configuration.
Network Migration & Patch upgrade activities with pre-scheduled time zone.
Monitor & maintain 2 Data center,120 POP locations in multiple cities & around 600 devices.
Completed Diploma in Electronics & Communication on 2011
