I am a dedicated hospitality professional with 3 years of experience in the food service industry, including experience as a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut and Team Member at Domino’s. I have hands-on experience in shift operations, team coordination, customer service, problem-solving, and maintaining service quality in a fast-paced environment. I am adaptable, responsible, and a quick learner with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

I am looking for an opportunity where I can utilize my experience, contribute to smooth restaurant operations, and grow professionally.

I started my career with Domino’s, where I worked for around 2 years. This experience helped me develop strong skills in customer handling, teamwork, following SOPs, managing multiple tasks, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

After that, I worked as a Shift Manager at Pizza Hut for 8 months. In this role, I was responsible for managing daily shift operations, coordinating with team members, assigning responsibilities, handling customer queries and complaints, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting team members to improve their performance.

I consider myself a responsible, adaptable, and quick learner. I am comfortable working under pressure and handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining service quality.

I have completed my HSC (12th standard). I also completed my graduation last year with a Bachelor of Arts (T.Y.B.A.). My education has helped me develop good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, which I can apply effectively in the hospitality and restaurant industry.
