• Process requests through OnBase/QNXT tools with strict adherence to SLAs and accuracy standards.
• Support the team in new process migrations and documentation update

• Should be able to analyze and understand information given in the source document (patient registration sheet, cover sheet, etc) process to keeping data into the specified fields into software application.
• Should focus and achieve on the set target and cooperate with the respective team in achieving the set turnaround time keeping high accuracy level.
• Summarize medical records as per client specifications.
• Review and summarize medical information such as attending physician statements, lab reports, Physical exam, significant clinical informations and other related underwriting information consistent per client specification.
• Interacting with team and managers regarding problem solving and understanding the process.
• Taking patients risk and significant to the file. And summarize overall medical record to few pages preview.
• And also doing other process (S.bio and RRS) records in summarisation.
• Review other summariser record. And verify the preview to complete the task.
• Taking summarising classes to Junior Associates.
