Myself Swapna mallick from India.I have worked last 9years as a food service worker in hotel and catering industry.I am able to serv the customer, guest service, employee handling, sanitation issue, cleaning, Dishwashing e.t.c.I have serv safe certificate from ANSI.

I have skill and potential for this job and before I have worked highly skilled food service last 8years and 5 years direct sales in different companies and different countries like India , Afghanistan, and Iraq .I have worked as a waiter, food service worker, dishwasher , food counter attendant, kitchen helper, cleaner , custodian Laboure also.. I have Serv safe( food handler management) certificate from ANSI.

Now I am currently working in Iraq as a food service worker under us army base under VECTRUS from 18th Feb 2021 till date.My curent job is multiple like serv the customer, taking food order and explain about food menu, suggestion for drinks and process the billing, always take care about customer satisfaction and slove the customer issues,clean the table after finished the customer meal,set up the towel,salt,papper, swiping and moping,clean the kitchen equipment, taking food temperature and maintain the all chillers, maintain the sanitation issue, dishwashing ,store the food with food label, wash food and vegetables and cutting and chopping e.t.c. we have to follow HACCP, SSOP, MSDS, SDS by local or federal regulations.
