• Monitoring daily production activities, manpower allocation, workflow planning, and production tracking to ensure timely project completion.
• Supervising fabrication and weldment activities as per engineering drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Reviewing customer P&IDs and technical specifications to prepare BOMs and Material Tracking Sheets (MTS) for production and procurement.
• Selecting process components including valves, fittings, regulators, filters, check valves, and excess flow switches based on pressure and flow requirements.
• Coordinating with design teams for preparation and review of engineering drawings, P&IDs, and BOMs.
• Managing ERP-related activities such as BOM creation, batch card preparation, production documentation, and material tracking.
• Coordinating with vendors for procurement activities, fabrication support, and on-time delivery of materials.
• Conducting leak testing, pressure testing, and functional verification to ensure safety and operational reliability.
• Supporting on-site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and shutdown activities while following safety protocols and SOPs.
• Collaborating with procurement, QA/QC, and production teams for smooth execution and delivery of customer-specific projects.
• Gained working knowledge of stainless steel (SS) fittings, valves, regulators, and gas distribution components used in high-purity systems.
