An Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role involves managing accounting systems, tax filings, banking operations, and financial analysis to support the company’s strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include managing accounting systems, tax compliance, and financial planning, including GST and TDS filings, budgeting, and cash flow management. The role also involves handling OD/CC accounts, preparing inland Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs), and coordinating with banks for loans and fund arrangements.
Other duties include AP/AR management, payroll processing, and maintaining statutory compliance with labor laws. The Accounts Manager also oversees asset management, insurance policies, and vendor payments while ensuring timely bank reconciliations. Additionally, they assist with audits, tax assessments, and process optimization to improve financial efficiency and profitability.
