I have started my career as consultant from college only,joined home credit India as HRBP were she was managing a team of 2 HRs under her.then joined Eureka Forbes as an HR Generalist were I was into employee entire life cycle management.After a decade I choose to join a startup and my main journey started in Peacock Solar as a startup build various dept in HRs, Marketing and Tech dept and mentored more then 2000+ candidates in ascepts of various dept.
