• Facilitated the pilot project 'Graduating NGOs in micro finance organizations' supported by HIVOS, the Netherlands since April 2006.
• Diagnostic study with recommendations for action of 36 default projects supported by Rashtriya Mahila Kosh, Government of India in the state of Odisha since September 2010.
• As core team member facilitated a bilateral project – 'Sustainable Livelihood Enhancement & Enterprise Promotion' (SLEEP) aims at livelihood cluster development and promotion and strengthening of eight Producer Company in the state of Odisha & coastal A.P. This project was jointly ventured by HIVOS, Netherlands and RGVN India.
