Role - Payroll Analyst
Responsibilities
Responsible for the reconciliation of payroll records payments, and deductions, which include the management of third-party payroll vendors.
Processes tax payments for the applicable state, and city jurisdictions
Answers employee questions related to payroll matters
Responsible for managing pay processes and proactively identifying process improvements
Serves as liaison to internal teams and with third-party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately as per pay policies.
People Management Responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):
Seek to understand disagreements, ensure all perspectives are heard, and facilitate a plan for resolution.
Delegate the work appropriately, provide clear expectations, and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.
Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and team. Create a respectful work environment where we advocate for the team, create accountability, and recognize accomplishments.
