I am a Problem Solver who applies principles of Service and Systems Design thinking to address user needs at scale and creates impactful products and services aligned with business vision. I like to investigate, explore and know the core of challenges to be able to address them through an end-to-end perspective rather than fragmented journeys.

Working at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Service Designer, I lead digital transformation projects looking at the end-to-end experience of the users and employees.
A post-graduate i.e. Master of Design with specialization in Strategic Design Management.
