Logistics Supervisor / Warehouse & System Operations - Advantis Logistics (3PL) – assigned to JAT Holdings PLC operations

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and system operations for a complex 3PL environment covering JAT Holdings PLC finished goods and raw-material warehouses and other client operations.
• Supervise a team of approximately 18 staff including pickers, loading supervisors and unloading supervisors, coordinating manpower and daily operational priorities.
• Manage inbound receiving and outbound dispatch of finished goods, raw materials and customer orders across distributors, industrial customers, hardware customers, showrooms, project sites and factories.
• Plan nationwide delivery schedules by matching customer orders with vehicle capacity, delivery requirements and operational priorities.
• Operate and manage Corebrain Warehouse Management System and JAT Holdings PLC ERP processes, including inbound/outbound transactions, sales returns, invoice printing, invoice acknowledgement and system reconciliation.
• Reconcile inbound and outbound transactions between warehouse systems and client ERP records; coordinate with JAT credit control to resolve invoice and documentation issues.
• Control the end-to-end order-to-delivery process from order/invoice preparation and picking through loading, dispatch, driver documentation and customer acknowledgement.
• Conduct daily cycle counts, inventory reconciliation and controls for shortages, near-expiry/expired stock and damaged goods; report production-related issues to relevant factory teams.
• Manage month-end sales-related outbound operations and ensure dispatches are completed accurately and on time.
• Coordinate direct customer collections from the warehouse and maintain professional customer communication.
• Handle VAS operations, temporary workforce coordination and preparation of temporary employee salaries where required.
• Resolve WMS/ERP and operational issues independently before escalating to IT or client teams; perform basic computer troubleshooting and coordinate repairs when required.
• Coordinate stationery and operational procurement, including invoices, printer ribbons, A4 supplies and other warehouse requirements.
• Maintain warehouse safety awareness including fire points, first-aid facilities and emergency exits; monitor housekeeping and general operational readiness.
• Supported CBL operations from Jan 2020 to Mar 2020, independently managing inbound, outbound and system activities.
• Previously handled LTL Transformer production/store operations independently for approximately one month before transitioning into the CBL/JAT operational scope.
