I have 8 years of work experience in BPM (Business Process Management) industry. I have been working as a Process Trainer for 4 years. I currently work as a Process Trainer with a UK based fintech company called Gaincredit, Inc.
As a trainer, I train new hires and help them during On Job Training (OJT). I also act a Subject Matter Expert and help employees in production. I create and maintain training documents and process flows.
I also do Training Need Analysis (TNA) and Training Need Identification (TNI) for the employees in production and conduct training or refresher sessions.
