• Quality Control of Incoming, In Process and Finished Products.
• Chemical Analysis of Incoming Raw material, finished Goods.
• Maintaining Documents of Quality management system (ISO 9001:2015).
• Conducting Material Testing By Using UTM, Impact Testing Machine and Hardness Test Machine.
• Responsible for calibration of test fixtures and testing equipment.
• Maintaining proper records of tested Products.
• Awareness of AWS, ASME & other related standards of Welding & Testing.
• Maintaining Non Conformance (or) Deviation Report and Corrective Action Report.
• Compile and analyze the inspection reports to identify problem areas and diagnose root cause, corrective action and preventive action where necessary.
• To Ensure Balance Flow of Material in Wire Drawing, Wire Cutting, Extrusion, Packing Section on Daily Basis to Achieve Uniform Production.
