As a CSOD LMS (Learning Management System) Practice Lead plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of the LMS platform within an organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the LMS effectively supports the company’s learning and development objectives, providing a seamless and engaging learning experience for all users.

• Oversee the daily operations of the LMS, including user management, course uploads, and system configuration.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the LMS for improved performance and user experience.
• Manage and mentor a team of LMS administrators, instructional designers, and support staff.
• Provide training for LMS team members and end-users to maximize the system's capabilities.
• Provide support to LMS users, addressing their questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the LMS experience.
• Track and report on key metrics related to LMS usage, learner progress, and overall system performance.
• Utilize data to inform decisions and strategic improvements to the LMS.
• Work closely with other departments, such as Human Resources, IT, and specific business units, to ensure the LMS meets their needs.
• Liaise with LMS vendors and service providers to manage system updates, troubleshoot issues, and explore new features.
• Ensure the LMS complies with all relevant regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain high standards of data security and privacy within the LMS.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from conception to completion.

Integration projects using API - Snowflake, Tableau, Workday, etc.

Implementation projects - Microsoft Teams, Google Analytics, viva, etc.

Learning Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience which covers the entire learning space that comprehends right from gap/fit analysis, consulting, implementation, configuration, and integration of Learning Solutions. Have played a vital role in proposing best fit solutions by analysing and determining the business requirements, defining data models, preparing functional specification, driving implementation road maps, preparing & managing RFP liaising between customers and vendors. Have strong techno-functional background and extensive experience in different leading LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
