● Preparing Direct cost timesheet for Vendor and Client
● Preparing Audit snapshot on a monthly basis to client
● Estimating costs and comparing budgets with actuals for vendor and client and advising on the possible cost saving areas.
● Forecast and analyze costs of projects
● Analyzing Client Vs vendor billing on the Overhead Non-Billable ratios and advising on the cost savings basis the historical trends
● Reconciliation of paid, unpaid invoices basis vendor and customer statements, and work with the AP team to process on the timely payments
● Monitoring Purchase Orders, SOW contracts( initiating and drafting new amendment by updating the MTC/CP calculations and getting the required approvals)

● Performing revenue recognition activities and ad hoc related queries.
