I am a results-driven Supply Chain & Operations Leader with 14+ years of experience building, transforming, and leading large-scale logistics, procurement, and operations across FMCG, export-import, and defense sectors. My career spans high-growth corporate environments and mission-critical operations, giving me a unique ability to operate effectively in both commercially driven and highly regulated ecosystems.

Currently, I lead end-to-end supply chain and export-import operations, where I have delivered significant cost optimization, inventory rationalization, and service-level improvements through strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and digital enablement (SAP, WMS).
