Working experience on Level-3, Level-3 and Change Support team on Client-side environment supporting on both the team as anoffshore vendor support. Servers, Traffic, Java Virtual Machine (JVM) handling using monitoring tools. Multiple tools monitoring and incidents management, Queue managements using Nastel tool, Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC Remedy tool for incidents handling and creation, Appviewx AIC, traffic Routing System tool for traffic routing of each and multiple Data Centers (DC) of bank of America servers.
Customer System
Monitoring UI Home, MIPS tool, NEWS (Notification Escalation and Wireless System) for engaging multiple team and co-ordination, MYCTO tool, AppDynamics to identify CPU, Memory etc. usage. Bladgelogic for executing jobs, Datastax, Control center, DNT graph, IMB Steams 4.3.3.1, JBoss esap management, Des retail servers, Yarn UI, Cutovertool, QWS3270 to monitor JVMs
