Servers, Traffic, Java Virtual Machine (JVM) handling using monitoring tools. Multiple tools monitoring and incidents management, Queue managements using Nastel tool, Splunk, Dynatrace, BMC Remedy tool for incidents handling and creation, Appviewx AIC, traffic Routing System tool for traffic routing of each and multiple Data Centers (DC) of bank of America servers.
