Vandhana Ravikumar

I’m Vandhana, an MBA graduate with 4.4+ years of diverse experience across HR, Operations, and Product Strategy. I began my journey with TVS as an HR Executive, took a career break for motherhood, and reentered the workforce in a high-growth startup where I wore multiple hats.

My passion for building structured systems, solving business problems, and working across functions inspired my current transition into Product Management. While I’m interning as a Product Manager now, I’m equally open to full-time opportunities in Product, Operations, or HR where I can apply my blend of analytical and executional skills.

I’m Vandhana, an MBA graduate in HR & Marketing with over 4.5 years of diverse experience across HR, Operations, and Product functions. I started my career in the HR department at TVS Sundram Fasteners, where I handled core HR responsibilities like recruitment, Learning and Development,employee engagement, and compliance. After a maternity break, I re-entered the workforce through a startup where I initially managed supplier relationships and helped expand operational zones.

Over time, I was entrusted with broader responsibilities—overseeing logistics, customer support, and supplier operations—leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements. I also handled P&L responsibilities for one of the business verticals.

Currently, I’m doing an internship as a Product Manager, where I work on writing PRDs, user stories, and collaborating with design and development teams to build internal SaaS tools. This hands-on experience has helped me bridge my operational knowledge with product development, and I’m now looking for roles where I can combine my structured problem-solving ability with cross-functional execution—either in Product, Project Management, Operations or Human Resources
